If you are not satisfied with FreshStore or have some questions we have an expert support team waiting and read for you to achieve your goals.
If you are not yet seeing traffic or commissions from your store, we recommend patience and consistent actions. Remember to use the wealth of knowledge in our training guides, the members mastermind Facebook group, and our support team to help you achieve your goals.
Please note that cancelling your subscription may avail you of benefits and special pricing. After cancellation, any discontinued packages or offers will no longer be available to you. Any discounts or benefits from special offers will also be voided.
When cancelling your account, any stores, websites and data will be scheduled for deletion. It is not possible to recover deleted data, content, stores or websites.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Please provide all the details of your account, including the correct email address, in order for us to process your cancellation quickly.
Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel it before the end of the current subscription period.
Upon cancelling your subscription, you will lose access to FreshStore at the end of the current subscription period. We will not store or retain any of your data beyond this point.
Please note that we reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access FreshStore product at any time if you breach our terms of service or engage in any activities that are harmful to our company or other users.
